Providence Care’s Clinical Education services are “Employee-Centered”.
As part of the Professional Practice portfolio, we seek to enhance teamwork, support leadership development, provide education that supports the learner, and build a strong learning culture.
Aligning with our philosophy of interprofessional team building, educators carry the title of “Clinical Educators”.
We work together in supporting clinical staff and students to provide quality, safe patient/client care by designing, delivering and evaluating learning experiences. Continuing education opportunities are developed to help meet the challenges of an ever-changing healthcare environment.
