Providence Care's Quality Improvement Plan
1) Our 2012-13 goals are:
- Ensuring high levels of patient, client, resident and staff safety concentrating on reducing infections, and adverse events including those related to falls;
- Maintaining our effectiveness by managing our financial health and maintaining a total margin of 0.0%; and
- Focusing on patient-centred care, maintaining patient satisfaction levels that are above average for peer speciality hospitals.
2) Performance-based compensation of our senior leadership (executive) team
- Four performance indicators have been selected to apply to executive compensation
- Percentage of pay at risk - 3% per year
