Providence Care has three accountability agreements with the South East LHIN:

Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (2008-2012 HSAA Extension) (St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital and Mental Health Services),
Long-Term Care Sector Accountability Agreement 2010-2013 (Providence Manor)
Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement 2009-2011 (community programs)

These agreements maintain current service levels and establish funding levels to allow Providence Care to continue providing high quality clinical programs and services.
