Quality Improvement Plan (St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital, Mental Health Services)

The Board fulfils its mandate to promote the Mission of Providence Care through regular meetings held on the second Tuesday of the month from September through June. Executive Contracts
The compensation structure of Providence Care’s senior managers is comprised of several components. The performance and compensation of the President & CEO is reviewed each year by the Performance Management & Compensation Subcommittee, a subcommittee of Providence Care’s Board of Directors. Providence Care’s President & CEO annually reviews the performance and compensation of each member of the senior leadership team.
