Leading with Intention

September 2008 - Providence Care's 2nd Annual Leadership Conference

Keynote speaker Mpho Tutu, addressed 250 delegates on the meaning of leadership from personal to global perspective.

The day was facilitated by Dr. Bob Stigler, Co-President, Berkana Institute; Dr. March Parnes, an Ohio-based physician; Michael Jones, leadership consultant and Providence Care's Director of Training and Organizational Development, Lauri Prest.

Through World Café conversations, the delegates explored leadership that is necessary in today's workplace, our communities and our world. The opportunity to listen and collaborate in meaningful conversations created a feeling of renewal and a perspective on leadership that is essential in our health care system.
