NCI is a behaviour management system designed to help health care providers provide for the best possible care, welfare, safety, and security of disruptive, assaultive and out-of-control individuals. The program teaches preventive techniques, nonviolent physical crisis intervention, team interventions and post-vention strategies. The course runs as a one or two day program.
One-Day program Minimum of 6 hours — Non-clinical
Two-Day program 8-12 hours — Clinical
Refresher Program Minimum 3hrs
