New Employee Orientation

New staff joining Providence Care, come together for this full day orientation. The day is designed in two parts. The first part involves all new staff and provides an overview of Providence Care’s Mission, structure and goals. Participants will enjoy conversations about the role each of us play in making Providence Care a great place to work. During the second half, participants return to MHS/SMOL/PM for more detailed, program-specific information.

Several modules of mandatory training throughout the day are delivered in an interactive and informative way. Participants will leave this session having met new colleagues and feeling informed and excited about your future with Providence Care.

Registration is completed by Human Resources at point of hire.
