Navigating Through Conflict

Interpersonal situations that get stuck in conflict result in stress, morale issues, job dissatisfaction
and burn-out. Conflict navigation information, alternatives, tools and skills can help you prevent and effectively diffuse toxic dynamics at work – and in life.

You will learn:
• How to cope by understanding the underlying causes of conflicts
• Personal strategies for dealing with difficult situations before they occur
• Effective listening and feedback skills.
