LEARNING & LEADERSHIP CENTRE
The Learning & Leadership Services team maintains a state-of-the-art learning centre, and two clinical training rooms that accommodate learning sessions including computer based training, webcasts, video conferencing and lecture style learning. Our team we will work with you to coordinate a learning session at the Learning & Leadership Centre. We are skilled in consulting with internal clients to provide an education plan for events and advise on lay out and equipment needs that best meet your groups learning requirements.

LEARNING CALENDAR
Scheduled seminars and workshops are offered to Providence Care staff to provide learning opportunities, address organizational changes and respond to cross-site learning needs. Our learning streams cover staff, management, clinical, technical and leadership development skills.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES
The Learning & Leadership Services team partners with the Senior Leadership Team and management to design and support the roll out of the corporate strategic goals. This includes the development of commonly used processes that assist programs, departments and service areas to be aligned to Providence Care’s Strategic Plan.
GROUP FACILITATION AND DESIGN
The Learning & Leadership Services team provides facilitation services to program/department/service area groups for the purpose of team development, strategic planning and decision-making processes. We continue to use the methods of facilitation as a means of guiding groups through structured activities and processes to help achieve desired goals.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
An important focus for Providence Care is the leadership development of its entire staff. A leading edge leadership program has been designed for Providence Care staff in addition to a series of learning sessions aimed at enhancing and developing leadership skills throughout the organization.
