RCBIS Service Philosophy
1. We work as partners with our clients and their families and take their goals and dreams as our priorities.
2. We facilitate involvement in important life roles by using roles as goals, learning by experience in real-life contexts and using personal and environmental supports to enable participation.
3. We support and encourage our clients to follow the rules and norms of the communities in which they live.
4. We believe services are most effective when provided in the homes and communities where people live. We help communities to recognize and fulfill their responsibilities to support participation by people with brain injuries in community life.
